1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at www.1stoproofingandexteriors.com or requesting services from 1 Stop Roofing & Exteriors, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

1 Stop Roofing & Exteriors provides residential and commercial roofing, exterior siding, exterior painting, chimney repair, and storm damage restoration services in Huntsville, Alabama and surrounding areas including Madison, Decatur, and Athens.

All service work is subject to a separate written estimate and contract signed prior to work beginning. These Terms of Service govern use of our website and do not replace individual project agreements.

3. Estimates & Quotes

• Free estimates are provided at no obligation.
• Estimates are based on conditions observable at the time of inspection and are subject to change if hidden damage or additional scope is discovered during the project.
• Estimates expire 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Final pricing is confirmed in the signed project contract.

4. Payments

• Payment terms are set forth in each project contract.
• We accept cash, check, bank transfer, and major credit cards.
• Financing options are available through Service Finance Company. Financing is subject to credit approval by Service Finance Company and governed by their separate terms.
• Accounts past due may be subject to late fees and collection action.

5. Warranties

Warranty terms vary by project type and materials used and are specified in your project contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our workmanship warranty and are subject to manufacturer terms.

Warranties are void if damage results from misuse, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature beyond normal weather conditions, or failure to maintain the property.

6. Insurance & Licensing

1 Stop Roofing & Exteriors is fully licensed and insured in the state of Alabama. Proof of insurance is available upon request. All work is performed by trained professionals and complies with applicable building codes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1 Stop Roofing & Exteriors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or website. Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that project.

8. Website Use
